Kurz gesagt: Wir versenden ausschließlich innerhalb Deutschlands. Damit du trotzdem bei uns bestellen kannst, gibt es den Dienst LogoiX. Du bekommst dort eine eigene deutsche Lieferadresse, wir schicken dein Paket dorthin, und LogoiX leitet es zu dir weiter.
Ordering from another EU country? Here’s how it works
In short: We ship within Germany only. So that you can still order from us, there is a service called LogoiX. You get your own German delivery address, we send your parcel there, and LogoiX forwards it on to you.
Warum wir nicht direkt ins Ausland liefern
Seit dem 12. August 2026 gilt die neue EU-Verpackungsverordnung (PPWR, Verordnung (EU) 2025/40). Sie verlangt, dass ein Händler in jedem EU-Land, in das er direkt an Endkunden liefert, einen eigenen Bevollmächtigten für die Verpackungsentsorgung benennt – mit eigener Registrierung und eigenen Gebühren, Land für Land.
New Plastics ist ein Einzelunternehmen. Ich mache das hier allein, ohne Mitarbeiter. In 26 Ländern je einen Bevollmächtigten zu bestellen und dauerhaft zu bezahlen, kann ein Betrieb dieser Größe nicht tragen. Der Weg über einen Weiterleitungsdienst ist meine Lösung, damit du trotzdem bestellen kannst – und nicht der Versuch, mich vor etwas zu drücken.
Why we don’t ship abroad directly
Since 12 August 2026 the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40) has applied. It requires a retailer to appoint an authorised representative for packaging waste in every EU country they deliver to directly – each with its own registration and its own fees, country by country.
New Plastics is a one-person business. I run it entirely on my own, with no employees. Appointing and paying for a representative in 26 countries, year after year, is more than a business this size can carry. Going through a forwarding service is my way of keeping the shop open to you – not an attempt to dodge anything.

Nach der Anmeldung bekommst du eine persönliche Adresse in Deutschland, inklusive deiner LogoiX-Kundennummer. Diese Nummer gehört unbedingt mit in die Adresse – sonst kann dein Paket dort nicht zugeordnet werden.Receive your German delivery address
After signing up you get a personal address in Germany, including your LogoiX customer number. Do include that number in the address – without it your parcel can’t be matched to your account. -
Bei uns bestellen
Ganz normal in den Warenkorb legen und als Lieferadresse deine LogoiX-Adresse angeben. Als Rechnungsadresse kannst du deine eigene Anschrift eintragen.Place your order with us

Once your parcel has arrived, you request forwarding to your country from your LogoiX account. You’ll see the cost and transit time there before you confirm.
In welche Länder leitet LogoiX weiter?
LogoiX bedient nahezu alle EU-Länder – unter anderem Österreich, Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, die Niederlande, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, die Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien und Ungarn.
Ob dein Land dabei ist und was die Weiterleitung dorthin kostet, siehst du tagesaktuell direkt bei LogoiX. Wir haben darauf keinen Einfluss.

LogoiX serves almost every EU country – among them Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Whether your country is included, and what forwarding there costs, is shown up to date at LogoiX. We have no influence over that.

LogoiX ist dein Dienstleister, nicht unserer. Den Vertrag über die Weiterleitung schließt du direkt mit LogoiX. Die Gebühren dafür rechnet LogoiX mit dir ab, nicht wir.
LogoiX is your service provider, not ours. The forwarding contract is between you and LogoiX. They bill you for it directly – we don’t.

Wir liefern nur bis zur deutschen Adresse. Unsere Lieferung ist mit der Zustellung bei LogoiX abgeschlossen. Was danach mit dem Paket passiert, liegt außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs.
We deliver only as far as the German address. Our delivery is complete once the parcel has been handed over at LogoiX. What happens after that is outside our control.

Rückgabe und Widerruf. Dein Widerrufsrecht bleibt selbstverständlich bestehen. Bitte beachte: Die Frist beginnt, sobald dein Paket bei LogoiX angekommen ist – nicht erst, wenn es dich erreicht. Rücksendungen gehen an unsere Adresse in Deutschland. Melde dich einfach vorher bei uns, dann finden wir gemeinsam den einfachsten Weg.
Returns and right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal of course remains untouched. Please note that the period starts once your parcel has arrived at LogoiX – not when it reaches you. Returns go to our address in Germany. Just get in touch first and we’ll find the easiest way together.

Beschwerden und Gewährleistung. Ist etwas kaputt oder fehlt etwas, schreib uns – das regeln wir natürlich mit dir und nicht mit LogoiX. Am besten mit Foto an kontakt@newplastics.de.
Complaints and warranty. If something is damaged or missing, write to us – we sort that out with you, not with LogoiX. A photo to kontakt@newplastics.de helps.
Bestellungen aus der Schweiz
Für die Schweiz gibt es einen eigenen Weg: Du kannst unsere Artikel über meineinkauf.ch bestellen. Der Dienst übernimmt dort auch Zoll und Einfuhrsteuer für dich.
Bestellungen aus dem übrigen Ausland
Außerhalb der EU und der Schweiz kannst du forward2me.com nutzen. Das Prinzip ist dasselbe: deutsche Lieferadresse, wir versenden dorthin, forward2me leitet weiter.
Orders from Switzerland
Switzerland has its own route: you can order our items through meineinkauf.ch, which also handles customs and import tax for you.
Orders from the rest of the world
Outside the EU and Switzerland you can use forward2me.com. Same principle: a German delivery address, we ship there, forward2me forwards it on.
