What is diamond painting?

Diamond painting is a relaxing and creative hobby that involves applying small, sparkling stones - often called "diamonds" - to a self-adhesive canvas. Each stone is placed on a corresponding color field, similar to a paint-by-numbers principle. The result is an artistic, glittering picture that impresses with the reflection of the stones in different colors. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced crafters and offers a perfect way to leave everyday life behind while creating a beautiful work of art.

What do FD and AB stones mean in diamond painting pictures?

FD (Fairy Dust) stones have a special shine that slightly reflects the light and creates a subtle, sparkling finish. These stones give the image a soft, shimmering look and allow certain areas to shine subtly.

AB stones (Aurora Borealis) have a special coating that gives them a more intense shine. These stones reflect the light in different colors and bring additional depth and radiance to the image.

Together, FD and AB stones create a fascinating effect that makes the image appear lively and sparkling.

Why is there no toolkit included with the diamond painting pictures?

We have deliberately decided not to include a toolkit with our diamond painting pictures as standard. This decision is based on several considerations:

  1. Environmental protection: In order to avoid unnecessary waste, we do not automatically include toolkits.
  2. Customer preferences: Most of our customers already have their favorite diamond painting accessories, and another toolkit would just end up unused in a drawer.
  3. Cost advantage: By omitting the toolkit, we can offer our images at a lower price without compromising on quality.

For customers who need a toolkit, we of course offer the option of purchasing a toolkit separately in the shop. Our toolkit consists of high-quality ceramic tweezers, washi tape, a standard shuttle, a standard pen, wax and a cover minder.

So you can decide for yourself whether and which accessories you need in addition to your picture!

How are 3D printed items manufactured?

Our 3D printed items are manufactured using the latest FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. This involves melting a plastic filament and applying it layer by layer until the finished product is created. Each part is carefully designed and printed with the utmost precision. Since 3D printing is a layered process, slight optical differences and minimal irregularities may occur, but these do not affect the functionality of the product.

Are 3D printed items suitable for contact with food?

No !

As a general rule, 3D printed items made with common filaments such as PLA or ABS are not suitable for direct contact with food . The reason for this is that the printing process leaves tiny layers and gaps where bacteria or contaminants can accumulate. In addition, the filaments used are often not food-safe and contain potentially harmful additives.

My item is not available?

If an item is shown as unavailable in our store, it is in back production. Please note that our stocks are regularly replenished Monday to Friday between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. There are no "emergency stocks" that can be discontinued at short notice.

We would also like to point out that frequent inquiries about the availability of an item can slow down the production process. If the item is not a limited edition, it is guaranteed to be available again - however, when and in what quantity varies each time.

Thank you for your understanding and patience!

How long does shipping take?

The processing time after receipt of the order varies depending on the item. Stock items are usually dispatched within 1-5 working days. For items that are only manufactured after receipt of the order, the processing time can be between 1 and 30 working days (in exceptional cases a maximum of up to 60 working days) depending on the production time and availability. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as working days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery status at any time. The actual shipping time with DHL is usually 2-5 working days within Germany and 7-28 working days for international orders.
